Order Processing

At HYDROJUG, we carefully process your orders to ensure timely delivery. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may extend slightly during major holidays or special promotional events.

Shipping Timeline

Once your order leaves our facility, transit typically takes 7 to 12 business days to reach you. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, carrier schedules, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or transit delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your order details and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipment Tracking

After your order ships, we will send tracking information to you. Please allow a short grace period for the tracking system to update before checking your shipment's status.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, please contact us promptly at lukasotiz0@gmail.com to avoid shipment processing.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
