HYDROJUG Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority at HYDROJUG. If you find yourself unsatisfied with a purchase, you may return eligible items by following the guidelines outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Requests for returns must be made within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it
Complete with original packaging, tags, parts, and materials included
Suitable for resale after inspection by our team

Returns that are missing original packaging or show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or abuse will be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

Personalized or custom-crafted products
Downloadable software or digital content
Gift certificates and gift cards
Products purchased on final sale or clearance
Goods damaged after delivery due to customer negligence

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Process

Once your returned package is received and inspected by HYDROJUG, approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying return shipping fees unless the item you received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, please preserve all packaging and contact us right away at lukasotiz0@gmail.com. We will promptly address and resolve the issue.
